All fees paid to us for Services are non-refundable
All fees, services and documents are and will remain confidential
Getthebacklink has no control over search engine policies regarding which sites they deem acceptable, either now or in the future. This means that at any time a client’s website may be blocked from being included in any blog, directory, search engine or website, at the discretion of each individual search engine. By agreeing to these Terms, customers acknowledge that they understand that this may happen in the future.
In addition, Getthebacklink has no control over the rights of blog owners, at any time, to move or delete links and/or content on their sites. Likewise, Getthebacklink does not have the right to move or delete any website, in part or in its entirety, at any time. If this happens, the links posted on these sites will not be replaced or refunded. YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ASSUME ALL RISK AND DAMAGES, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, THAT ARE OR MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THE Getthebacklink SERVICES.
We reserve the right to change the anchor text to ensure compliance. However, we do not guarantee that a particular search term or phrase will be ranked by a search engine.
Although we have the utmost confidence in our work, we do not guarantee the resulting increase in traffic. Getthebacklink takes no responsibility if the customer chooses to link to or receive a link from any website without prior advice.
We are not responsible for how changes made by the Client or third parties to the Website may adversely affect the search results of the Client’s Website.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to terminate the service relationship and to cancel any orders placed for the website that are of illegal or objectionable content. Any content, product, service or material that we deem to be hateful, objectionable or defamatory of any race, gender, sexual orientation, group, individual, company or person will canceled and returned to the customer. If you are unsure whether your site violates these restrictions, please contact us. Some categories such as adult content or those related to gambling or casinos may not be affected by these restrictions, but before contacting it is necessary to avoid cancellation.
